A petroleum/Dredging Company based in Port-Harcourt seeks for the following personnel to fill available job vacancies in the company

Job Title: Company Secretary - Port harcourt, Female

Reporting to the group MD, the person will take the responsibility of developing new business and generating sales to ensure the Group growth. She will also:

Qualifications

* Degree in Law from a reputable Institution

* Be computer literate

* Good communication and writing skills

Job Title: Head of Business - Port Harcourt

Reporting to the group MD, the person will take the responsibility of developing new business and generating sales to ensure the Group growth. He/She will also:

Qualifications

* Bsc in Accounting plus ICAN/ACA/ACCA

* Farmiliarity with accounting applications

* Minimum of 5yrs experience

* Strong background in Finance especially in an Oil & Gas industry.



Requirements


:

1. Manage the group finance

2. Oversee the Admin and Human resources dept of the group.

3. Prepare group financial/management reports

4. Oversee the treasury functions to ensure cash flows of the group is secured

5. Any other job as assigned by the GMD

6. Possess valid drivers licence
