- Develops and drives Stanbic IBTC's Global Markets Sales strategy around growing and servicing clients while ensuring that it is in line with and supports SBGs broader strategy.
Position Description
Overall management and responsibility for Global markets sales within Stanbic Global Markets. This entails ensuring a strategic and co-ordinated sales focus on serving the Global Markets needs of both existing and new business clients.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- An excellent working knowledge of domestic and foreign money markets.
- A good understanding of macro-economics and current economic trends.
*A good appreciation and knowledge of risk management, covering operational risk, market risk, counterparty risk and credit risk. *Treasury and Banking background *At least 3 years experience in marketing foreign exchange products and services. *Strong networks within the corporate market. *Experience in high-level relationship building & maintenance.
Required Competencies *A tertiary qualification with an appropriate buisness related degree or diploma would be an advantage.
