• A good University degree/HND in Social Sciences with a marketing bias.
• At least 10 years cognate experience in FMCG product particularly in food abd beverage industry (flour, pasta, Semolina).
• Possession of an MBA and a member of nationality recognized professional body as an added advantage.
• Age: at least 30 years above.
• Ready to move from the ordinary to extra ordinary drive and initiative.
• Zeal for hard-work and must be result oriented.
• Ready to accept challenges and operate well above targets.
• Ability to innovative, explore and break new grounds.
• Impeccable integrity & Transparency.
• A team player with strong interpersonal skills.
• Strong Analytical skills & knack for details and accuracy.
• Good public relations and communication skills.
