Job Description
The Surface Operation Supervisor would be responsible for designing and managing the day-to-day surface systems operations in such a way that ensures optimal productivity of employees, a maximum utilization of the physical resources of the organization and a high ROI.
The Surface Operations Supervisor shall coordinate the activities of all the departments of the base to increase synergy amongst the departments and bring about increased efficiency of the entire operations system required to achieve Cameron's business goals.
Would monitor Overall Surface Operations based on feedback from Outside Sales and prioritize / delegate workload to Surface Personnel.
Effectively communicate client's operations objectives to the base team, define roles responsibilities and success criteria to involved persons.
Coordinate the activities of the various departments to ensure an efficient and effective delivery of clients' operations objectives.
Desired Skills & Experience
• University degree or Technical College education.
• Long relevant experience can compensate for formal education.
• Minimum 10 years relevant experience from Cooper Cameron or direct applicable outside experience.
• Solid knowledge of Cameron equipment
• Good supervisory skills and the ability to motivate subordinates.
• High professional and personal development potential.
• Good communication skills in English, both written and spoken.
• Knowledge of the company standard computer hardware & software, conversant in SAP R3
