Chelsea have confirmed their agreement to sign Marko Marin for an undisclosed fee from Bundesliga side Werder Bremen, with the midfielder to join the Blues at the end of the season.

I have read alot about this case.I hope Marin will bring in new thing to the club but i wonder why they are not leaving things for the new manager that is going to take over next season.
