Job Title: Business Development Manager – Microfinance Platform
Location: Lagos, Nigeria

Responsibilities:-
• Understanding the microfinance ecosystem in Nigeria
• Identifying and specifying the products and services that will be present in the platform and other related services to be offered to the microfinance ecosystem
• Building partnerships and relationships with all the relevant stakeholders in the microfinance ecosystem – regulators, utilizers, funders, customers and institutions.
• Designing and executing marketing and sales plan that will make CWG central and dominant in the microfinance ecosystem.
• Identifying adjacencies where the platform can be expanded to yield additional revenue and market share.
• Grow the business to $2.5m per annum revenue in 3 years.

Qualification & Years of Experience:
Must be a University graduate with at least 3 years in brand management or product management or business development in similar capacity
