Position: Call Center Officer
Location: Lagos, Nigeria

Key Responsibilities:
• To provide outstanding customer services to AMfB customers.
• Responsible for answering phone calls and responding to customer requests providing customers with product and service information.
• Provide First level Support to customers.
• Following up on customer enquiries and immediately resolve issues.
• Escalate customer queries to respective departments.
• Maintains Logs of customers queries and ensure prompt follow ups.
• Ensure call centre equipment are properly maintained and in excellent working condition.
Qualifications and Requirements:
• Minimum of a Higher National Diploma with a minimum of 2.2 and above.
• Minimum of 2 years experience as a call Centre officer in Financial Institution.
• Good interpersonal and organizational skills.
• Ability to multitask and manage a heavy work load.
