Responsibilities:
• This experienced professional will be supporting asset integrity and delivery projects from the front-end through execution and commissioning towards value maximisation.
• She/he will be responsible for delivering safe,cost/schedule effective and efficient projects; and will be looked up to as important contributors to ongoing projects realization and strategic cost leadership practices within the Deep water Projects organisation.
• We therefore need competent Nigerian Engineering professionals with deepwater experience who have spent at least 8 years (post-NYSC) focused on practicing the discipline
Requirements:
• A recognized B.Sc. in an engineering discipline (preferably Mechanical / Pipeline Engineering).
• 12 years experience in Quality management with at least 5 years experience directly related to deepwater activities.
• Demonstrable experience in Quality processes and QMS development and a sound working knowledge of QA/QC in design, procurement, construction and commissioning practices on major projects
• Good knowledge of deepwater engineering design and construction methods including practices, procedures, codes, standards, and regulations. Have a sound understanding of and be capable of reviewing technical standards applied to ensure these are appropriate and fit-for-purpose, and help identify areas of potential weakness.
• Demonstrate experience in working at least 2 projects of US$80MM each.
