Job Title: Pilotage Services Operator
Location: Lagos
Job Outline:
• To allocate pilotage resources to vessels and ensure customer requirement are effectively met.
• To document the processes involved and inform the billing of pilotage services to customers.
Requirement:
• HND/B.Sc degree in Arts, Social Sciences and Shipping and Maritime Services.
• Demonstrable skills in rendering pilotage services..
• Strong service background in a busy operational environment.
• Minimum of 3 years proven experience in rendering pilotage services, with thorough understanding of ship and berth operators.
• Strong communication skills and efficient use of resources to meet normal and peak time requirements.
