Position Description:
• Identify and maximise appropriate promotional/sales opportunities to maximise revenue
• Identify most cost effective and efficient point of representation(s) to use as platform to run promotions through
• Support sales drives by driving branch/channel promotions and activations
• Work with stakeholders to design and implement appealing visual promotions that will drive interest and product sales
• Drive alignment between promotional activity and sales and service staff in different channels
Required Skills and Qualifications:
• Ability to use knowledge of customer behaviour and insights for the various markets to guide and influence solutions
• Selling and networking skills
• Conflict management ability
• Passionate about the brand
• Must understand the basics of sales promotions and brand dynamics to guide and direct promotions
• Must be able to evaluate promotions (post implementation review) and plan to ensure fit with target market and effectiveness in achieving marketing objectives
• Strong project management, presentation and facilitation skills

1. Engage with various stakeholders to ensure that promotions support the business objectives
2. Research and identify cost effective and efficient ways of promoting products and services at various points of representation
3. Interpret and where appropriate improve on promotional/sales brief when engaging with various stakeholders
4. Brief in promotions to appropriate agencies as well as managing the brief throughout the process into execution
5. Work with external stakeholders to find cost effective and efficient ways to run promotions
6. Project manage the implementation of the promotion at the various points of representation
7. Design and implement measurement tools to track effectiveness of promotions/sales at various points of representation
8. Benchmarking of promotions against best local and international practices
9. Regularly research and identify various industry best practices
