• Degree in engineering or other related discipline with relevant professional qualifications.
• Possession of an MBA or relevant second degree will be an advantage.
• Minimum of 8 years post graduation experience in a similar position.
• Extensive technical experience in the Oil and gas industry.
• Team player, strong financial and analytical skills.
• Sound management skills coupled with good commercial acumen and good networking ability.
• Computer literacy and information technology proficiency.
• Excellent reporting and technical presentation skills.
• Must possess current driver's license.
