DESCRIPTIONS:
Participate in & enhance hazard studies and risk assessments for – the safe program execution of operations – Enhance hazard recognition & risk control of management of change situations per program execution situation – Oversee lifting & handling operations to ensure all such work is in line with CR EP HSE 043, CPLO & Lifting Management System, LMS – Be present on 24 hour call basis during all "Critical" activities related to program execution – Maintain an up-to-date "Downgraded Situations" document list file daily and appropriately – Participate in direct involvement in the EPOB Training Program 2011 – Take an active part in site activity planning and coordination meetings in a monthly,daily, tourly and "toolbox" basis – Enhance and encourage the concept of "management-by-walking-around" – Perform periodic audit of Drilling contractor PTW System to ensure it is being supervised and executed correctly – Assist, advise and enhance on-board root cause analyses of incident investigations & High Potential Anomaly NMI – Take an active role in construction of Drilling contractor's "Service Safety Analyses" as related to program execution
SERVICE DIMENSIONS:
Reporting directly to the TOTAL RSES/CoMan on rig locations
• Reporting functionally to the TOTAL HSE Engineer, 28/28
• Aproximately 6 month to 3 year assignment in Nigerian South Atlantic theatre of deep water operations
TECHNICAL COMPETENCE: – Knowledge of TOTAL MAESTRO – Operations Drilling & Wellworks – Crane / Hoisting / Handling Ops – Operations in E&P – Safety Professional – Environment Professional
BEHAVIOURAL COMPETENCE: – Maintain Professional Image – Communication, coordination ability – Sense of the priorities – Organizational ability – Creativity and self-motivation – Managerial staff abilities
REQUIREMENTS:
E&P drilling & wellworks with a minimum of 5-7 years supervisory HSE and /or operations experience
Offshore Survival/HUET Certification up-to-date; Annual Medical Check-up
