Role Purpose/Summary:
• Focusing on order pricing through to execution and delivery,
• This role demands high level of attention to details, ability to work with several cross regional and functional teams.
• The individual has to be very adept at multitasking , working under some pressure to deliver desired value to the customer whilst ensuring the revenue targets are met in a compliant manner.
Essential Responsibilities:
• Support the Commercial Operations Team in subsea services ITO and OTR for spare parts, repairs and services operations.
• Respond to customer quotation requests, review customer order requirements, raise RFQs, enter opportunities in Sales force & process customer orders accordingly.
• Provide necessary coordination between the ITO and OTR for all spares required for services.
• Support regional Spares bid strategies and strategic customer relationship development.
• Provide data, metrics and revenue sales forecasting as relevant to subsea services.
• High customer interaction, produce regular reports on spares and services status and present internally (management) and externally (customers).
Qualifications/Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college
• At least 2 years of ITO and/or OTR exposure in an Oil and gas company
• Minimum of 4 years post degree work experience in a formal work environment
