Künstlerhaus Lukas offers International  Residence and Project  Scholarship for professional artists at Germany, 2013-2014

Scholarship can be taken at: Germany

Eligibility:There are no limitations regarding nationality or age of applicants. The scholarships at Künstlerhaus Lukas and its partners are artist-in-residence-programmes requiring recipients of scholarships to stay there. Guests who do not come from a country belonging to the European Union need to display a health insurance certificate. A good command of German or English is required.

Scholarship Open for International Students: Yes

Scholarship Open for Students of Following Countries: Germany or the other Baltic littoral states (Poland, Lithuania, Latvia, Russian Federation, Estonia, Finland, Sweden, Denmark) as well as Norway or Island.

Scholarship Description: Residence scholarships enable artists from Germany, the other Baltic Sea littoral states as well as Norway and Iceland to stay at Kuenstlerhaus Lukas for one month. At the moment, the value of the scholarships is at least 500 € up to 1000 € plus rent-free accommodation. Travel costs are included. The exact value of scholarships is subject to availability of funds. It will be announced when the selection committee notifies applicants of its decisions. Project scholarships are open to artists working in all fields of art who wish to develop and publicise one specific artistic project. In cooperation with selected local institutions of culture, artists are given the chance to create multi-discipline and/or experimental projects as well as projects involving place and space.
