Key Roles & Responsibilities:
1.Assist Unit Head in coordinating, driving and directing effective Compliance and operational risk management at the Unit level.
2. Implement controls within the Business Unit to meet all regulatory and internal requirements
3.Ensure proper functioning of day-to-day controls, periodic monitoring activities and timely
resolution of risk issues
4. Provides MIS support to the team for effective monitoring and control of cost, projects and performance efficiencies
5. Drive product and process introductions/enhancements from project stage to implementation
6. Undertake periodic systems and process reviews, and come up with recommendations for improvement of existing processes.
7. Monitor unit training program and ensure in-line with ILDP agreed for the year.

Qualifications & Skills:
1. First Degree In Relevant Field
2. Strong Understanding Of Risk And Controls
3. Minimum Of 7 Years Operations Experience
4. Strong Communication And Presentation Skills
5. Strong Ms Office Skills
6. Strong Team Orientation And People Management Skills
7. Proven Track Record Of Excellence And Discipline.
