Job Title: Human Resources Personnel

Location: Nigeria (Benin City, Abuja, Lagos, Port Harcourt, Warri, Yenagoa)

Summary of principle duties: – To maintain human resource policies, ensuring compliance; and to contribute to the development of corporate HR policies. – Ensure provision of a professional human resource service to the organization.

Requirements: – B.Sc in Human Resource Management or Business Administration. – Masters degree is an advantage. – 5 years minimum total post graduate experience. – Candidate must be able to communicate and write effectively.

Additional Qualifications: – Possess a strong bias for action and a keen sense of urgency. – Ability to analyze organizational behavior as well as human behavioral characteristics and motivations. – Self confident and professionally tactful to be able to stand your ground and convictions in the face of opposing opinions. – Interested in continuous learning. – Display leadership qualities and behaviors. – Strong analytical abilities and skills for rationalizing business concepts – Manpower planning, Performance Appraisal, Training, Formulation and Implementation of HR policies, exposure to function of Personnel Department.
