Job Title: Bid Engineer

Prime responsibilities and duties will involve: – Management of bid submissions through its complete cycle. – Identify resources required for a bid, plan bid activities, identify deliverables and manage resources in an efficient manner to produce winning bids within deadlines. – Liaise with different layers internally and externally to ensure that deadlines are met. – Manage the application/ renewal process for registration with industry regulating bodies. – Create and manage a bid documentation pool ensuring that all information and offerings are up to date. – Provide support and assistance to other bid team members as required. – Conduct pre-bid activities with the bid team including briefings, scope meetings, and presentations. – Act as the client contact point during the bid process which includes rising and responding to queries, presenting the bid and negotiating with the customer as required.
Requirements: – B.Sc or B.Eng Degree – Candidates must have previously worked in related environment. – Strong IT skills, must be proficient in Microsoft suites – General knowledge of technical & non technical documents
