Division:   Indirect Channels & Corporate Sales

Reports To:   Manager-Channel Promotions & Incentives

Job Summary:

Implement and monitor strategic initiatives and incentive structures aimed at driving Distribution Partner (DP) profitability and increasing Etisalat Nigeria's share of DP wallet

Principal Functions:

Conduct field visits to regions in order to monitor implementation and impact of ongoing initiatives; report findings for the attention of the Manager-Channel Promotions & Incentives

Maintain up to date records of incentives for all Etisalat Nigeria DPs

Liaise with the Finance team and other relevant units on the computation and pay out of DP incentives

Handle delivery and redemption of all DP promotional items

Generate weekly and monthly reports on ongoing sales initiatives

Prepare approval documents for the selection of winners from ongoing sales initiatives

Educational Requirements:

First degree or equivalent

Postgraduate qualifications/ certifications will provide an advantage

Experience & Skills:

Between two (2) and five (5) years' directly relevant post-NYSC work experience, preferably currently in a supervisory role within a telecoms sales environment

Ideal candidate must be proficient in use of Microsoft Office suite and possess excellent report writing skills
