This is a professional programme for individuals, who may or not have knowledge of the practice of Human Resources Management. The objectives of the programme are:
• to prepare participants to deal with critical issues of managing people
• to brief those involved in human resources management and government agencies on the new techniques of people management.
• to enable the participants to understand the peculiar Nigerian human resources management environment and ways of managing them
• to make the participants become world class employees which would in turn help their organisations to win competitive advantage.
TARGET AUDIENCE
Top level Managers, Political leaders, Local Government Officials, Religious Leaders, Proprietors/Business Men and Women, Human Resources Managers (HRM), Administrative Officers, and those in other fields of endeavour who may be involved in personnel areas and mature individuals who desire to know how to win with people.
