Job Summary:
• The Regional Engineer is responsible for the supervision of all retail outlet Facility maintenance and repair activities and modernization of all company retail outlets within the eastern region in accordance with specifications and engineering standards and best practice.
• He/she has the on-site supervisory responsibility of ensuring timely completion of all Engineering Facility Upgrade Projects in his region.
• In addition, he/she will inspect and supervise all civil engineering projects and Retail facility maintenance in the region ensuring it meets Oando's quality standards and industry specifications with accompanying status reports.
Position and Person specifications:
• Good 1st degree in Engineering, preferably Civil, from a recognised University.
• Minimum of Second Class Lower required with at least 5 years cognate experience in the downstream Oil and Gas industry.
• The position requires an individual that has project management skills and is highly result-oriented.
• In addition, the individual must possess excellent knowledge of design techniques, tools and principles involved in production of precision technical plans, blueprints, drawings, and models to interpret Architectural and Engineering designs
