• Implement Departmental Plans / Strategies To Support The Manufacturing Way
• Implement Manufacturing Work Practices / Principles Provide Leadership For Ongoing Manufacturing Development Strategies
• Promote Knowledge Management Processes Apply Value Chain And Improvement Tools
• Evaluate Customer Requirements
• Conduct Appropriate Benchmarking
• Facilitate And Co-Ordinate The Country Project Selection Process
• Provide Industrial Engineering Support
• Facilitate The SOP Learning Process
Requirements:
• Minimum B.Sc Eng (Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial or Production)
• 5 years relevant experience
• Previous experience at a supervisory or management level Thorough knowledge of brewery processes
• Above average computer skills (Microsoft suite: Word, Excel, Etc.)
• Excellent communication skills (Written and Oral)
