• Manage the HR Internal Communication.
• Manage the Recruitment Procedure.
• Staff turnover.
• Head Count.
• Assessment Tools.
• Prepare letter of offers.
• Training and development.
• Hr database
• Monthly reports.
• Review and create job specifications.
• Manage disciplinary procedure.
• Monitor that the HR policies and procedures are followed by the HR Team.
Qualifications:
• BA/B.com degree (Human Resources/HR diploma).
• 5 years HR supervisory experience.
• ISO 9000 experience would be an advantage.
