Job Title: Head, Benefit Administration

Ref No: HB/002

Location: Lagos

Job Summary:

•   To ensure the management of the three critical processes in Benefit Administration.

•   The candidate must demonstrate ownership and provide supervision for all the critical processes inn Benefit Administration.

•   Candidate must also position the unit to be able to respond to all enquires and queries from clients, management and regulatory bodies in the course of duty.

•   The candidate must make use of technology to streamline and fast track assigned responsibilities.

•   The candidate must ensure adherence by all staff of the unit to continuously updated service process benchmarks and procedures to achieve departmental objectives.

Core Competencies:

•   Benefit Admin Processes Mgt.

•   Account Reconciliation.

•   Good written and oral Communication skills.

Job Requirement:

•   B.Sc Accountancy, Social Sciences or Business related discipline with strong operation component.

•   An MBA or additional professional qualification will be an added advantage.

•   Must have 5 years experience in a PFA.
