Roles: – Responsible for advising company policy, ensuring adherence to labor law, and providing advice human resources component of the overall management of the company. – Advises the Manager and other members of management on issues relating to employment, employee relations, compensation, benefits, and other areas of responsibility. The position also oversees key administrative functions related to Human Resources. – Member of management team
Who we are looking for – The position will be responsible for setting and delivering HR objectives which are within the strategy & business plans of the Cluster. – The incumbent will be expected to be constantly enhancing the existing people management practices and policies of the Cluster while always complying with labor law and Global APMT Policies. – The primary challenge in this position will arise in taking decisions where the correctness may not be evident immediately. Therefore exercise of sound judgment in taking such decisions that enter the field of 'no right answers' is critical.
