Eligibility:
-Candidates must have completed (or be due to complete by December 2012) either at least four years of undergraduate study (normally a Bachelor's degree with First or Upper Second Class Honours, or a combined degree with First or Upper Second Class results) or an equivalent combination of undergraduate and postgraduate study at a degree awarding body in Australia or overseas
-You must be an Australian citizen and have been resident in Australia for at least five of the last ten years. Candidates with dual citizenship may not apply in more than one of the countries in which they are citizens
-You must be at least 18 years and younger than 25 years by 1 October 2012. This means applicants must have been born after 30 September 1987 and on or before 1 October, 1993
-The Rhodes Trust and Oxford University require that selection for a Scholarship and for admission to the University will be without regard to marital status, race, ethnic origin, colour, intercourse and gender, religion, intercourseual orientation, social background, disability, caste or other irrelevant distinction
-A selection committee will make no nomination if it is of the opinion that there is no sufficiently qualified candidate
-In addition, you must be available for interview in person at the time of selection in the State of Australia where you make your application and for the Australia-AtLarge interviews held in Canberra usually in early December.
