Job Title: Administrative Officer

Location: Lagos

Organisation: Bradfield Consulting

ACCOUNTABILITIES/RESPONSIBILITIES

•   Business Development

Weekly Marketing of the facilities  

•   Administrative

Maintain Office Files

Take minutes at meetings and distribute them

Type correspondence, reports and other documents

Ensure an organized environment

Ensure all Subscriptions duly paid promptly Internet subscription Estate Levy (purchase of gate pass) HiTv Subscription

Maintains supplies inventory by checking stock to determine inventory level; anticipating needed supplies; placing and expediting orders for supplies; verifying receipt of supplies.

List of supplies include Diesel, Petrol, printing paper, envelopes, letterheads, toner and cartridges

Ensures operation of equipment by completing preventive maintenance requirements; calling for repairs; maintaining equipment inventories; evaluating new equipment and techniques Equipment Include: Electrical Fittings, Generators, Printers, Internet

•   Accounting

Receive cheques and pay them in

Issue Receipts for payments

Petty Cash disbursement and reconciliation

Write Monthly basic accounting reports, indicating cash inflow and outflow.

Prepare invoices

Going to the bank

•   Recruitment

Scheduling candidates for tests and interview

Administering Tests to candidates

•   Facilities

Ensure all training rooms, interview rooms etc are clean and tidy at all times in readiness for training

Keep Diary of bookings

Ensure safe keeping of training aids

Ensure training aids (projector, flipcharts etc) are in good order at all times

Ensure booking forms are duly filled and filed

Reporting all repair work needed promptly

Answer Phone calls and respond to inquiries

•    Receptionist

Welcome and assist visitors

COMPETENCIES

•   Ensure all training rooms, interview rooms etc are clean and tidy at all times in readiness for training

•   Keep Diary of bookings

•   Ensure safe keeping of training aids

•   Ensure training aids (projector, flipcharts etc) are in good order at all times

•   Ensure booking forms are duly filled and filed

•   Reporting all repair work needed promptly

•   Must possess excellent communication and persuasive skills

•   Must possess an amiable personality and people-management skills

•   Must be a self starter, result oriented and highly motivated

•   Must be able to work with minimal Supervision

•   Must be confident

Educational qualification

•   University Degree

•   Excellent computer skills

MINIMUM EXPERIENCE

3 years Experience in similar capacity
