Job Title: Sales Executive

Location: Lagos

Ref No: SE001

Role Description:

•   To provide sales support for the Marketing Team.

•   Manager, Marketing and Sales.

Reporting to:

•   Manager, Marketing and Sales.

Key Accountabilities:

•   Generation of sales.

•   Lead Generation.

•   Render after sales support to new customers.

•   Liaise with external bodies on sales related issues.

•   Monitor activities of industry competitions and trends.

•   Prepare periodic reports and analysis of sales activities.

•   Manage existing customer relationship as regards remittance of receivables.

•   Complement Marketing team's efforts to drive sales.

•   Any other duties relevant to the job as assigned by the manager/supervisor.

Person Profile:

•   B.Sc/HND in Social Sciences or Estate Management.

•   At least 3 years experience in the Real Estate industry.

•   Good spoken and written English.

•   Good interpersonal skills.

•   Attentive to details.

•   Proficient in MS Word, Excel, Power Point and Outlook.
