Police are holding a Nigerian national for suspected drug trafficking. The suspect, was arrested by the police Anti-Narcotics unit at the Entebbe International Airport.
Also, Aviation Police arrested a German National, resident in Uganda at Entebbe International Airport for allegedly trying to traffic drugs out of the Country.
Peter Heinrich Volker, the second foreigner arrested at Entebbe over drugs in two weeks, was picked up shortly before he boarded a British Airways flight with about 2kg of Cocaine.

In spite of the security measures put in place by most countries to detect and tackle drug trafficking, some Nigerians still engage in the illicit act, looking for a short cut to riches.
