Job description:
• As our Inside Client Representative you will be responsible for the client relationship and management of a set of customer accounts within the given territory.
• Applying an agreed touch-strategy to these accounts (usually 100-200 accounts with contact every quarter being a mixture of telephone, web and occasionally face-to-face) you will generate business leads.
• Serving as the customer advocate throughout the sales cycle, and managing customer relationships you will be responsible for client satisfaction and for revenue generation via frequent telephone communication.
• Your knowledge of IBM (or competitor) products, services and solutions, the decision makers in region and your selling techniques, productivity tools and approaches will enable you to identify opportunities and pass the validated opportunities to your team of Sales Specialists, Business Partners and others as appropriate GB, our "go to market" approach for smaller enterprises or customers that are neither integrated nor aligned accounts
Required:
• Master's Degree
• At least 5 years experience in Sales
• English: Fluent
