Role Synopsis:
• At Baker Hughes, this position is responsible for conducting and performing pumping operations on customer locations as per Baker Hughes standard practices, maintenance in accordance with Baker Hughes procedures and as required.
• To maintain and grow the company's status as the recognized leader within the oil service industry by ensuring that the highest quality standards are achieved to meet client expectations.
Key Responsibilities/Accountabilities:
1. Actively ensures that his/her own health & safety and the health & safety of all fellow workers or other workers are preserved at all times.
2. Ensures full awareness of and compliance with the requirements of all relevant Company / Customer HSE Handbooks, HSE Procedures, HSE Legislation and emergency procedures. Ensure highest standards of safety within the Base by implementation of effective safety programs.
3. Ensures that the correct inventory level of Parts and Product are maintained for all Service lines.
4. Ensures that all movements of parts and product are recorded and controlled.
5. Manages inventory to ensure that oldest stock is utilised first and any out of date stock is removed from the shelves and scrapped correctly. etc...
Basic Qualifications:
• Minimum of OND in engineering/Management discipline and 5 year's experience,BSC ENG/MGT with over 3y years.
• Good Communication Skills, Good Technical and Mechanical Skills and Knowledge
Desired/Preferred Qualifications:
• Good communication skills – both verbal and written.
• Good analytical skills.
• Good computer skills – EXCEL, POWER POINT, WORD
