Job Title: Sales Coordinator

This position will be responsible for developing the sales, coordinating sales related activities, also this position will be responsible for administrative activities of sales
Primary Responsibilities :
Coordination & Monitoring: – Monitor all activities of sales members and develop weekly and monthly report to the heads of division. – Develop and maintain the database of all customers' records. – Follow up with enquires, preparing proposals, preparing invoices, & following through with outstanding payments with clients. – Preparation of Local Purchase Orders to be raised in agreement with divisional Heads. – Coordinate weekly and monthly meeting of the department.
Market Related Activities: – Directly participate in and manage the customer needs analysis, product specifications development (for non-standard products). – Assist in implementation of sales strategy as set by the divisional Head. – Preparation of Product portfolio for different market segment, creation of New Product profile. – Coordinating with designers & vendors for requirement of marketing & promotional material procurement. – Ensure customer credit balances are monitored on periodical basis. Regularly review and ensure customers are within their pre-agreed credit limits with divisional heads. Qualifications and Skills Required: – Bachelors Degree. – Minimum of 3 years experience in sales. – A high level of competence in all Sales Coordination, good experience in household products is an advantage. – Core Sales and Account Management Skills – Good presentation skills- Quantitative and qualitative analytical skills – Must be highly motivated and results-oriented – Team player and motivator of others – Strong leadership and interpersonal skills – Effective communicator – Flexible and adaptable to evolving objectives – Perseverance coupled with a will-not-fail attitude
