The Federal Polytechnic, Ado-Ekiti Admission Into Full-Time Higher National Diploma Programmes For The 2012/2013 Academic Session
Applications are invited from suitably qualified candidates for admission into the Federal Polytechnic, Ado-Ekiti for Full-Time programmes in the 2012/2013 Academic session leading to the award of Higher National Diploma (HND) in the following programmes.

2.0 HND ENTRY REQUIREMENTS
Candidates should possess:
2.1 National Diploma (ND) with a minimum of lower credit in the course/programme of choice and five relevant credits including English language and Mathematics at the SSCE/NECO or GCE O'level at not more than two sittings. Candidates are advised to visit the Polytechnic Website ((Federal Polytechnic Ado-Ekiti (http://u.theinfostrides.com/fedpoado))) to avail themselves of the requisite entry requirements for the National Diploma of each programme that makes them prima-facie qualified for the HND Programmes.
2.2 A minimum of one year post ND cognate work experience (Industrial Training) in addition to 2.1 above.
3.0 METHOD OF APPLICATION
Candidates seeking for admission into the Federal Polytechnic, Ado-Ekiti are required to complete the Institution's application form available on-line from Monday, 25th June, 2012 to Friday, 21st September, 2012.
4.0 PROCEDURE FOR OBTAINING ON-LINE APPLICATION FORM
Obtain POST UTME Application E-tranzact Slip (confirmation order number and teller number printed on it) from any branch of the specified Banks upon payment of Ten thousand naira (N10,000.00) only.

Candidates are reminded that Bank charges will be paid at the point of purchase.
5.0 INSTRUCTIONS TO CANDIDATES

• Click on the HND Application
• Log-in with your E-tranzact confirmation order number and teller number (as printed on your E-tranzact slip)
• Complete the application form as appropriate; upload your passport photograph; supply your phone number and your own e-mail address.
• Click on submit to print your application form and exam slip.
6.0 SUBMISSION OF FORMS
Candidates are to please note that the application for admission will close on (Federal Polytechnic Ado-Ekiti (http://u.theinfostrides.com/fedpoado)) with effect from Friday, 21st September, 2012.
N.B
i. Candidates should also ensure that the transcripts of their academic records are forwarded directly by their former Institutions to reach The Registrar, The Federal Polytechnic Ado-Ekiti P.M.B. 5351, Ado-Ekiti not later than the closing date.
ii. The Polytechnic is not bound to process the application forms of candidates whose:
o Transcripts are not received on the due date or who submit by hand
o Forms are not properly completed or are received after the closing date.
