• Execute all projects and process improvements – people, technology and procedure related – to guarantee the highest operation performance and top client satisfaction for Citiservice North Hub, Venezuela and Puerto Rico; implement all initiatives related with Control Tower, Control and Information Security for Client Delivery Latam (Tampa, North Hub, South Hub, Brazil, Implementation, Sales & Coverage and Regional Technology).
• The latter through continued interaction with the Management and administrating the relationship/contract with the vendor selected to provide outsourcing services.
