Job Description:
A development finance institution in Nigeria is currently refocusing and reviewing its operating model to make it more impactful and financially sustainable to support the government transformation agenda in its core mandate areas.
Roles & Responsibilities:
• Design the business strategy development framework
• Monitor and reporting strategy implementation in the bank
• Monitor and report on trends in the micro-finance business (locally and globally to management
• Advise top management on best strategic options
Qualifications & Skills:
• Quality graduate level degree. Higher degrees and professional qualifications are an added advantage
• Minimum of 15 years experience in the banking and especially in the retail banking
• Excellent communication skills
• Team player
• High computer literacy
