Job Description:
A development finance institution in Nigeria is currently refocusing and reviewing its operating model to make it more impactful and financially sustainable to support the government transformation agenda in its core mandate areas.
Roles & Responsibilities:
• Execute the HR strategy of the organization
• Ensure that the company is able to attract, re-train and retain right competencies for the business
• Organise management of all Human Resources records consonant with good business practice.
• Ensure that the Company is incompliance with all labour laws and other statutory regulations
Qualifications & Skills:
• Quality graduate degree and professional membership
• Minimum 15 years experience in human resources department, with 5 years at leadership positions
• Effective communications skills
• Excellent knowledge of MSoffice suites
• Excellent knowledge of employment regulations, strategic HR principles, procedures, and best practices
• Industrial relations experience
• Compensation and benefit administration skills
