Job Title: Finance & Administration Manager

Location: Lagos, Nigeria

Organisation: BAOBAB for Women's Human Rights

Responsibilities:

•   Responsible for the financial & management reporting processes.

•   Responsible for the effective management of internal controls and the operation

•   Responsible for ensuring the effectiveness of all processing, including the payroll & accounting systems.

•   Responsible for leading the development and review of annual financial plans & budgets with other workgroups

•   Provides timely and relevant performance reports to the Board, Executive Director and other management staff as required.

•   Oversees all Operational matters (including IT, HR and Premises) and supports the Programme Department in relation to programme implementation and other activities as required.

Requirements:

•   BSc. in Accounts or Economics and MBA from a reputable institution

•   Must have between 8-10 years experience, five of which must be in a NGO environment

•   Candidate should have a strong accounting background.
