Job Title: Implementation Manager
Location: Lagos, Nigeria

Roles & Responsibilities: – Own the technical knowledge of our preferred hardware – Be Primary Technical Contact (Hardware) for Concept Nova to Partners and Clients – Lead operations in the implementation projects for Client installations – Take the initiative in market research of other new hardware and their capabilities – Play proactive role in the recruitment and training of Implementation Technicians contract-hired for implementation projects – Ensure that projects are implemented within time and cost. – Provide clients with acknowledgement and speedy resolution when their requests are escalated.
Pre-Requisites: – Electronic Engineer preferably with secretary and low voltage background. – Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) – Project management experience – 3+ Years experience installing and maintaining GPS trackers
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs): – Implementation – Quality – Project time – Project cost – Support – Response time – Time to Resolution – Client Satisfaction
