The Role:
• Develop and implement a business unit plan that facilitates the delivery of quality products and excellent customer service delivery across the bank's branch network, including cash centers and Implant service.
• Develop and sustain a customer-focused service delivery organisation
• Articulate and implement a business plan for the group
Qualifications
• Good technology related university degree preferably in Computer Science/Electrical Electronics Engineering or Numeric Science Masters qualification will be an advantage
• Certification in Cisco series examinations will be an added advantage
