Job Title: Cruise Marketing Officer
Location: Lagos, Nigeria
Report to: CEO
Organisation: Corporate Leisure Limited (CLL)
The Brief:
• The Cruise Marketing Officer is principally responsible for developing and executing the company's Cruise marketing strategy & retail sales to meet up with the annual cruise target.
• The Individual will be responsible for Cruise calendar/ availability all year round with cost and provide logistics support to would be cruisers with a hitch free cruise experience.
• The Cruise Marketing Officer will work independently to grow the segment
• The candidate must be highly innovative, self confident and must be target driven
Summary of key responsibilities:
• Create innovate marketing strategy for the cruise business
• Managing the relationship with international partners and our clients
• Market the segment's products via proposals, interactive and direct marketing meetings to potential customers
• Manage the daily execution of marketing , including achieving sales target.
• Manage the daily deliverables and marketing support based on partnerships and sponsorships
• Negotiate contract renewals and new contracts.
Educational Requirement and Experience:
• Graduate from a recognized institution in Nigeria or abroad
• 3-5 years working experience in a Travel Agency.
• 2-3 years experience of cruise operations and marketing
• Candidate should not be more than 30years
• Good project management skills with excellent oral and writing communication skills
• Proficiency with Excel, Word, PowerPoint
• Highly motivated, takes initiative, and able to work independently on multiple projects and tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Strong interpersonal skills with ability to effectively operate with high energy, flexibility, and enthusiasm
• Very results driven with exceptional attention to detail
• Need to be able to thrive in a fast-paced environment, multi-task and manage competing priorities and requests
• Able to present concepts clearly and accurately and to keep others informed and up-to-date; ability to listen and probe effectively
• Expert knowledge of best practices in customer service
