Werder Bremen have signed young Chelsea winger Kevin de Bruyne, who has been capped by Belgium, on a season-long loan.
They made a very right decision i must say.ever since they bought him he isn't much of a fantastic player.and moreso, they already have capable hands to do the job he is soin so why keep him.that would just result in more expenses.
