Job Details: – Advise end user bakeries on baking and baking best practices by identifying associated challenges and proffering possible solutions – Manage and supervise all the activities of the baking support officers to ensure that all bakeries in their assigned areas are visited regularly – Develop, manage and maintain a good relationship with all the commercial end users to ensure customers loyalty – Coordinate the periodic submission of field reports from Bakery support officers under his supervision – Handle customer complaints in line with approved company procedure
The person: – Good verbal and written communication skills; able to communicate in Hausa language – Planning, organising and time management skills; – Interpersonal skills and customer-service orientation; – Shows initiative and reliability and is able to work in and lead a team – Knowledge of baking & baking skills – Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
Qualification: – B.Sc./HND in Food Technology, Home Economics, Nutrition & Dietetics, Catering & Hotel Management or any Science related course – 5 O' level credits including Mathematics & English Language in not more than 2 sittings.
Experience: – Minimum of 3 years' in a commercial Bakery environment
