Chelsea are closing in on the signing of Wigan forward Victor Moses after high-level talks between the clubs.
Wigan chairman Dave Whelan met Chealsea chief executive Ron Gourlay on Tuesday as the clubs attempted to agree a deal for the 21-year-old.
It is understood Chelsea have been told to match Wigan's £8.5m valuation for Moses or walk away from the deal.
Signing victor moses should not be any problem to chelsea.they are a good side and they also have money so i believe it would go smoothly.
