Title: Ambrose Alli University 2012/2013 Foundation Programmes Admission Announced

Ambrose Alli University, Ekpoma has announced admission into its Foundation Programmes for 2012/2013 Session. The Directorate of Foundation runs a two semester programme aimed at preparing candidates who could not gain admission into the University through the Unified Tertiary Matriculation Examination (UTME), but possess the minimum entry requirements, for admission into 100 Level in their respective courses.

The available degree options currently offered through the programme and with the entry
requirements are as stated below:

3. Foundation Programme In Basic Medical Sciences
4. Foundation Programme In Science Education
5. Foundation Programme In Environmental Studies
6. Foundation Programme In Social Science
7. Foundation Programme In Engineering And Technology
8. Foundation Programme In French
9. Foundation Programme In English
10. Educational Foundations And Management
11. Foundation Programme In Vocational And Technical
12. Physical And Health Education

DURATION OF PROGRAMME

One (1) Academic Session

METHOD OF APPLICATION

Applicants are required to purchase an eTranzact PIN (Payment Voucher) for Ambrose Alli University, Ekpoma Foundation Programme on-line application form at a fee of Thirteen thousand Naira (N13,000.00) only from any of the under listed banks nation wide:
(1) Eco Bank, Plc (2) Union Bank, Plc (3) Zenith Bank, Plc (4) Access Bank, Plc
(5) Fidelity Bank, Plc (6) Fin Bank, Plc (7) First Bank, Plc (8) UBA, Plc.

PROCEDURE FOR ONLINE APPLICATION

On purchase of the eTranzact PIN (Payment Voucher), candidates are to visit the Ambrose Alli University college portal @ www.myaau.com to complete and submit the Foundation Programme online application form. All such candidates must upload their coloured passport photographs and scanned copies of all relevant certificates/documents to the portal.

Candidates should preview and confirm that the passport photograph is uploaded correctly, as no complaint of wrong or blank picture will be entertained after submission of forms. Candidates are to print out a copy of the application form with their passport photograph for presentation along with other documents on the date of the written examination.

DURATION OF APPLICATION

Application forms for the Foundation Programme will be available online for completion and submission from Monday, August 6, 2012 to Monday, 27th August, 2012.

ADVICE
Candidates should check the University cPortal for further details from time to time.

NOTE:
All candidates are to note that:
i. Technology fee and bank charges will be charged at the point of purchase of the eTranzact PIN (Payment Voucher).
ii. All names should be written in full when completing the online application form as no
initials shall be entertained.

EXAMINATION
Candidates may be required to sit for a written examination on a date to be announced later.

NOTE:
i. Parents, Sponsors and Candidates are advised to purchase their eTranzact personally, as
cases of fraudulent practices in the admission process will not be entertained.
ii. The Form's serial number would serve as examination number, where necessary.

PROSPECTIVE CANDIDATES SHOULD NOTE THAT THEY SHALL BE REQUIRED TO REGISTER FOR AND WRITE THE UNIFIED TERTIARY MATRICULATION EXAMINATION (UTME) FOR 2013/2014 ADMISSION YEAR AND AT LEAST SCORE THE JAMB CUT-OFF (PASS) MARK.
