A driver had a flat tyre near a rehab center, closer to a hill, he packed to change the punched tyre. while working on it , a mad man was sitting by watching as he loose the bolts. unfortunately while doing that, a wheel cover where he packed the loosed bolt fell into the nearby slop, the driver became confused on where to get another bolt to tie the tyre, while hanging his hands on his head crying in full disappointment, the madman begin to laugh at him.
the driver saw the mad man laughing and said to him, this mad man, why are you laughing, you stupid man. the mad man reply him as follows: you are the stupid man either, what you suppose to do was to loose out one bolt from each of the other three tyres and tie the other loosed one.
the driver reason with the mad man, and said, he is only mad and not stupid.
Yes that is it.at least this one even helped to sor out a situation.not nigerian mad men,they will just look at u and chase you.
The mad man talked sensibly.he is likely to regain his senses soon.very funny
