• Between ages 35 and 45years
• B.Sc. / HND in Printing Technology, Graphics or its equivalent or rose through the rank.
• Not less than 12 years' experience, ability to work without supervision, ability to pay undivided attention to details to sport any mistakes, ability to constantly monitor the smallest details of every job, reinforcing quality measures to workers, ability to motivate and influence workers by having good interpersonal and communication skills, being good with numbers skill in computer graphics designs and production planning is of added advantage and must be influent in spoken and written English
