A lecturer came in to the class and he asked a boy to define 'house' in his own understanding. the boy said ' a house can be define as a place where foolish people gather, debate on how to share money.throw chairs and table on each other and eventually issue on impeachment. e.g house of representative.
He made a mistake.he shoult title it '' Naija's miserable house of representatives ''. that is a title that fits it.
