South Africa 3 gold, 1 silver

Ethiopia 2 gold, 1 bronze

Kenya 1 gold, 1 silver, 1 bronze

Egypt 1 silver

Tunisia 1 bronze

And finally the giant of Africa -

NIGERIA 1 copper, 1 wood , and 3 rubber...lol
