Deputy Chief of Party (DCOP)
The DCOP provides support to the COP/Project Director in managing day to day project operations, including coordination of the finance, management, logistics and other implementation tasks for ensuring project activities are managed effectively. This position will provide project oversight for administration, finance, procurement and logistics as well as support to the COP in reporting, performance management ,tracking of all technical activities
Minimum Requirements:
• Graduate degree in education. Master's degree in education, finance, management, or related field
• At least 15 years' experience in working in finance and administration field
• At least 10 years' experience in managing operations for USAID, Dfid or other donor projects ;
• Documented excellence in project management, performance monitoring and evaluation and technical report writing;
