Qualifications:
• Candidates must possess a Bachelor's degree in Radiology (B.Rad) from a recognized University or any other equivalent
• Qualification and provisional registration of the Radiographers Registration Board of Nigeria (RRBN)

i) Five copies of curriculum vitae
ii) Photo copies of all relevant credentials.
iii) Birth certificate
iv) Evidence of change of name where necessary
v) Three referee reports
vi) Current Practicing License
vii) NYSC Discharge Certificate or Exemption Certificate
