Responsibilities:
• The ideal candidate shall be responsible for sourcing profiles from portals.
• Screening candidates based on the job description.
• Conduct pre- employment interviews face to face and through telephone.
• Familiar with/ Conduct various tests on the short list candidates.
• Follow-up with candidates till joining.
• Coordinate with clients on all recruitment's.
• Perform other duties as required.
Qualifications/Experience:
• 3- 4 year resourcing/HR experience gained in a leading recruitment/outsourcing organization. Our ideal candidate would be someone with hands-on in executive search and selection.
• Excellent oral and written communication.
• Comfort with MS packages.
• Personable and good people skills. energetic, attention to details and ability to multi-task
